Public & Lounge Bars

Back at the start of the 20th Century the Munro Inn was a temperance hotel; you’ll be pleased to hear that’s one thing that has changed!

Of course, you simply can’t come to Scotland without enjoying a dram by a roaring open fire amongst good company. The Inn includes an intimate public bar serving up a huge range of whiskies and a more relaxed lounge bar complete with fire and stags head on the wall.

We’re particularly proud of our whiskey selection; in old Scots it was better known as Uisge Beatha; “the water of life”. Our public bar carries over 30 different whiskies on the gantry at any one time so there’s a malt to suit every taste and enough variety to never have the same thing twice!

Of course we also stock a good selection of draught lagers and beers including local produce, a wide range of spirits and liqueurs, speciality coffees including latte, espresso, cappuccino, mocha and hot chocolates.

Children are welcome into the bar areas and can pick from soft drinks or our fantastic home made milkshakes; our bars are a great place for all of our guests to end the day.
